On-Site Shredding
Our mobile shredding unit goes to your place of business or home to shred your
confidential documents beyond recognition. Our mobile units shred your documents
to 3/8 of an inch in size. There is no need to remove file clips, paper clips,
or rubber bands, from the material designated for destruction. Our bonded
Security Service Representatives will bring all the necessary material handling
equipment to collect the documents and securely transfer them to the mobile
shredding unit, for on-site document destruction. Upon completion of our
service, you will receive an invoice along with a certified Certificate of
Destruction. If you so choose, a member of your staff can be assigned to witness
the shredding of the material.
Off-Site Shredding
This plan is designed for small and large volume clients. Our bonded Security
Service Representatives will bring all the necessary material handling equipment
to collect the documents and securely transfer them to our vehicle. Upon
completion of loading the vehicle is locked. Upon arrival at our secured
facility in Hackettstown, the material is unloaded and brought directly to the
shredding area. Your documents are destroyed within 24 hours of arrival. Our
in-house shredding unit shreds your documents to 3/8 of an inch in size. There
is no need to remove file clips, paper clips, or rubber bands, from the material
designated for destruction. Upon completion of our service, you will receive an
invoice along with a certified Certificate of Destruction. This plan will save
you 25% on the cost of mobile shredding of the same material. If you so choose,
your company representative may witness the destruction process at our facility.
Security Console Program
Absolute Shredding will supply, free of charge, all the necessary security
locking consoles needed for the collection and storage of confidential
information. These consoles are complete with a paper slot for easy disposal of
documents, an inner nylon bag to hold the material and a locking door for
security. The console design was made primarily for the corporate environment
where it is necessary to protect the confidentiality of discarded documents, in
addition to presenting a professional appearance. The console is capable of
holding up to 100 pounds of paper. Dimensions 20" (W) x 20" (D) x 37" (H)
Our bonded Security Service Representative will go throughout your facility to
collect the contents of each console. During the collection process the full
nylon bag is replaced with an empty one and then placed in a secured locking bin. Your confidential material is never left unattended of exposed during this procedure. Once the collection is completed, your material is then securely transferred to our vehicle. Upon completion of loading the vehicle is locked.
Upon arrival at our secured facility in Hackettstown, the bin is unloaded and
brought directly to the shredding area. At this time only, the bin is unlocked
and the destruction of material is performed.
