In what could be considered a gross understatement, the report states that the street sweeper called the discovery an act of “carelessness.” The report also states that the dentist office responsible for protecting the records is more than 20 miles away. The dentists are saying they have no idea how the incident happened. According to the report, the authorities are now investigating.
